How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1–2 days, including weekends. Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for dispatch.
How long do custom sets take?
Custom sets require 6–8 days for creation before they are shipped. Each set is handmade and designed specifically for you, which is why additional time is needed.
Do you offer preorders?
Yes! Selected items may be available for preorder. Estimated dispatch times will always be clearly stated on the product page.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within a short window before processing begins. Once your order has been processed or production has started, cancellations are not allowed.
🚚 DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 2–5 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched.
Do you deliver on weekends?
No, deliveries take place on business days only (Monday–Friday).
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
What if my parcel is delayed?
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delays may occur that are outside of our control. However, we will always assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. PRESSD Nail Bar is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
💳 REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you offer refunds?
No refunds will be issued once an order has been processed.
Can I return or exchange my nails?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will gladly assist with a replacement where applicable.
📏 SIZING
How do I choose the correct size?
Please refer to our sizing chart before placing your order. Proper sizing is essential for a comfortable fit and long-lasting wear.
What if I choose the wrong size?
We are not responsible for incorrect sizing selected by the customer. We highly recommend purchasing a sizing kit if you are unsure.
💅 PRODUCT & QUALITY
Are the nails reusable?
Yes! With proper care and removal, your PRESSD nails are fully reusable and can be worn multiple times.
Are the nails handmade?
Yes, all of our nail sets are handcrafted and hand-painted, which means slight variations may occur. This makes each set unique.
Will my nails look exactly like the pictures?
We aim to recreate designs as accurately as possible. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, slight differences may occur. Colours may also vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
How long do the nails last?
This depends on the application method:
• Sticky tabs: 1–3 days
• Nail glue: 5–10 days
• Sticky Pot (UV gel): up to 14 days
Proper prep and application will significantly improve wear time.
🧴 APPLICATION & REMOVAL
Which application method should I use?
• Sticky tabs: short-term wear, easy removal
• Nail glue: medium wear, strong hold
• Sticky Pot: long-lasting, salon-quality hold
Can I use Sticky Pot on any nail design?
Sticky Pot works best with lighter or semi-transparent designs. For very dark or fully opaque nails, we recommend using nail glue for best results.
Do I need a UV lamp for Sticky Pot?
Yes, a UV/LED lamp (such as our Cure Cube) is required to cure the gel adhesive.
How do I remove my nails safely?
Use our Magic Melt to loosen the adhesive. Apply around the edges, gently lift with a cuticle stick, and repeat until the nail comes off easily. Never force removal.
Will press-on nails damage my natural nails?
No, when applied and removed correctly, press-on nails should not damage your natural nails.

Can I use the products on damaged nails?
No, do not apply press-on nails or adhesives to damaged, irritated, or infected nails.
What if I experience irritation?
Discontinue use immediately and consult a professional if irritation persists.
How should I store my nails and products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain quality.
